Information you choose to share

If you join the pink desk list, you provide an email address. The website sends that address directly to andrea@mypinkkorner.com so Andrea knows you joined. If you contact me through a social platform, I receive the information included in that message and the account details that platform makes visible.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the newsletter form or social media.

Information received automatically

When you visit My Pink Korner, the website host and services used on the site may automatically receive basic technical information. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, approximate location and the date and time of a request.

This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and understand which pages are useful. It is not used by My Pink Korner to identify you by name.

Cookies and similar technology

Cookies are small files a website or service can place on your device. The site host, form delivery service and embedded services may use cookies or similar technology to remember settings, measure visits, prevent fraud or provide their features.

How long information is kept

Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal requirements or to resolve disputes. Email-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be removed. An email or form provider may keep a limited record under its own retention practices.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link included in each message or by emailing andrea@mypinkkorner.com. You can also change cookie settings in your browser and use the privacy controls offered by Amazon, Instagram and other outside services.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain uses. I may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Children's privacy

My Pink Korner is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please let me know so it can be reviewed and removed.

Security and policy updates

Reasonable steps are used to protect information, but no website or online service can guarantee complete security. This policy may be updated when the site, its service providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
